I think you're right, I mean Batman films generate a lot of attention anyway, and the begins one was good. He does look like he plays a good joker in the adverts though. Sorry, i didnt explain myself very well. What i was trying to say was this sort of thing drums up a hell of a lot of publicity and therefore anticipation for the film.
