Tourniquet
I love Ross Kemp On Gangs and this documentary is going to be award winning for him as was the other, I'm sure of it. Episode 1's just been on and my hat goes off to him and the soldiers he's following. I've just seen the interview on skyone.co.uk/rosskemp and looks pretty emotional viewing as they take casualties and such. Makes me proud to see our boys do there job in spite of everything including a useless government and ungrateful public. I support The Sun's Help For Heroes campaigne and whether you agree with the war or not, we should support our boys n girls who are putting their lives on the line to do their job and ultimately protect us. Well done Mr Kemp

Sheefa
It was pretty good, but nothing special just yet as the first episode covered mainly the pre-training and op phase. next weeks will be good
Daston
I have the upmost respect for our guys and always have done however it really gets to me how some of them ruin it by beating up random people when they get back. We get a lot of it here so much so I dont go out into town much

It seemed to me this last episode ended before it's time (maybe because of missing the last 5 mins )

When in '06 was it? (BTW the SA-80 fire was probably just to draw your attention before they got you with sticky-bombs:D)
Sheefa
Is he doing another Afgan one next week? It seemed to me this last episode ended before it's time (maybe because of missing the last 5 mins ) Yes Daryl. Kempy was there for 8 weeks apparently so I would imagine there will be a little more footage yet to come i.e. him actually getting shot at! Check this and the 'Ross Kemp ducks an RPG video!! http://www.skyone.co.uk/rosskemp/ It's on Mondays@9pm and repeats on Sunday@9pm guys on Sky One. It's going to be class. That Panorama one not so long ago was brilliant when that idiot Afghan Army Soldier just walked out into an open cross-fire with the Taliban and British Troops and a bullet 'pinged' off his AK magazine the lucky git! Biggest gun on the ground, don't have to walk and tons of armour. Either that or the bloke who gets a play with a M93

ivan
I've just watched the re-run of this on Sky. Kemp is certainly a darn sight better than that dozy bint Kate Adie when she covered the war in Bosnia. He brought the realities of a conflict tour to life far better than anyone else I can think of - even if he was a bit over dramatic at times. I'm quite looking forward to seeing next weeks program now. PS. The best way of viewing Imber Village is from just outside - sitting in the turret of a tank.
