Differences between N/A & TT instrument cluster?

Evening all

Does anyone happen to know the difference between the N/A instrument cluster and the TT instrument cluster? I know that the speedo and rev counter faces/dials are different, but is that it or is it wired differently?

The reason I ask is I’m currently gathering the last few parts for my TT conversion, and trying to source a facelift manual TT instrument cluster is proving pretty difficult :(

What would happen if I just left my N/A cluster in there?

If I just changed the speedo and rev counter faces to TT ones would that work?

Thanks

Jeff

Yeah that's right, I had heard the boost gauge wasn't very useful.

I was really just concerned about the speedo and rev counter, whether or not I could get away with just changing the dials or if the speedo and rev counter units themselves were different.

I'd imagine there are a few extra wires on the cluster. Remember things like traction control warnings and the like. However if you look at the wiring diagram you might find you don't need the extra indicators or that the NA one indeed does have the tracks on the PCB and all you need to do is put the bulbs in.

Sorry for bumping such an old thread, but I have the same dilemma...

And for instance where I see TRD rev counter it is strictly written NA ONLY or TT ONLY... So what is actually the difference (except in the price which is $200 extra for the TT rev counter!)... Any ideas?!?
