JODY T
as above, they wont fit each other either.. Ive found that a new OEM 5 Speed handles the standard TT power okay... but it might be better in the long run to get an aftermarket clutch designed to hold more power.. if you have the money get a OS Giken one, the pedal feel is brilliant, or if moneys abit tight get a RPS Clutch.. Although the pedal gets heavy, and to be honest i dont like em purley for that reason..

dini_the_owl
i would have said rps as i tried many in mine, aprox 6 types i think and rps was best,i did use the stock 5spd at first ok at stock psi. at bpu it fell to its knees and i burnt out the clutch and flywheel jobs a badun. Nic
TRD do replacement clutch discs and clutch covers for the 5spd, I don't know what power they are rated at, but they will hold more than stock. If you'd like details/prices drop me a pm.
shaft
my clutch has roasted the flywheel id say, do you HAVE to replace the flywheel aswel as the clutch then ? Ive seen fellas rubbing the flywheel with sandpaper when they have heat spots and are fitting a new clutch and they seem fine after, what do yee think?
