Charlotte
The wood scenes from Gladiator were filmed in the woods behind my mum's house. My brothers went down there the next day to find film 'memorabilia' things left by the crew etc. My youngest brother came back with a coke can. michael
The wood scenes from Gladiator were filmed in the woods behind my mum's house. As were scenes from The Golden Compass and a few other films, they must be exciting woods.
Ewen
If Jack Bauer had been a Spartan, the film would have been called '1'.

Todd
ace film, almost a work of art as the graphics looks so different,. well ok like sin city but awesome film,. There's a good reason for that
Daston
The thing that I love about the film and comic was the fact that a lot of the one liners were actualy taken from historic greek plays about the event. So in some ways it is actualy accurate in a sence that its how the ancient greeks told the story.

There's some woods in the Maidenhead/Beaconsfield area that is used a lot in films and stuff. If Jack Bauer had been a Spartan, the film would have been called '1'. DrivingTheDream
Talk-OTT Set Piece-Talk-OTT Set Piece... Character building was poor. Was good but not that good imo. Definitely looked good but so did Transformers.

Is the film as good as the original 300? I'm guessing they are rather different but I bet the original 300 was more historically accurate!
