Ryan.G
Just watched my Supra drive off with it new owner and have to say, i feel gutted. I have only just relised what kinda car i had. I have never seen it not stationary before and seeing it drive down the road purr'ing away made me wanna chance after it. Im sure the new owner will look after it as all the previous have and i hope to see it again soon. To anyone who is thinking about selling the supra, get a friend to just drive it down the road and see how you react. Ryan
CardiffSupra
Thats exactly what my misses says when I talk about selling.
SILKYSMOOTH
I feel like that already and I have'nt sold it yet, well done on the sale though. You will feel better in a few days. My other half said I was crazy not to buy it, and since I have owned it all I get is "You and your bloody car". Maybe I should keep the car and get rid of her instead. lol
Muffleman
Did try to warn you mate, I have been there But it's good to know it's going to a good home
Muffleman
Thats exactly what my misses says when I talk about selling. Funny you should say that, my missus is really against me selling mine. She hates going in it though, I think we forget that hanging the arse out is NOT normal

GazzaGSi
Felt the same. Would sell the evo and buy the supra back tomorrow if I could. Was gutted when I saw the chap drive it away and then pics on here in a 'my new car' thread. I styled it and made it mine, gutted to say the least. jevansio
Very well said Ryan, doubt I'll ever sell mine, like the idea of someone driving your car to remind you why you love it so, I never get to see mine on the go

TurboBrett
Just watched my Supra drive off with it new owner and have to say, i feel gutted. I have only just relised what kinda car i had Ryan i know how you feel mate i re-built my mini from the ground up when i was 17, i did so much on it and around in it but still have much more i would like to do, and even though i wont be driving it in a good 3 years and the feelings have been 'moved' on to the supe, i dont think i could ever sell the mini, i miss the way it drives so much and knowing i still have it here but cant drive it makes me feel even worse:(

rob wild
Gutted for you matey I'm trying to hold onto mine for as long as possible as i get the feeling that i would inconsolable if i sold it after 5 years Don't worry you can have a good drive of mine when you do the tweak in a couple of months
JamesG
I felt the same when I sold mine. I had it for over 5 years and I don't think I ever saw anyone else driving it until it was driven away by the new owner. I still miss it now, but I know I did the right thing and the new owner is a member on this forum, so it's stayed in the community
Lbm
This is a good thread. I feel strange when my good friend and mechanic Dave drives her away, even for a service. I always think- Christ that car looks and sounds amazing...Oi! come back! It's weird seeing someone else drive your car. Gone to a good home though, no? Jspec Germany
The idea scares me.... I may strive to be the first club owner to live and register the supra in three different countries?
