Kranz
Inside the centre console box. There's a space at the front just the right size where it can be nicely hidden.

CarlT67
If you have a single din head unit, I put mine in the lower half inside the pocket.
steb9780
I machined a bracket up and mounted mine by the drivers knee's. The previous owner had just stuffed it in the trim by the accelerator pedal.

Jake
Mine's in a wardrobe in my garage. They don't do anything expect void your insurance anyway. - - - Why does the FireFox spell checker think Mine's isn't a valid word?

Jake
Yeah, maybe. It also seems to think Firefox isn't a word - how odd is that?

I am not sure about voiding your insurance but I would agree with Jake on their usefulness.
juanchan
I am not sure about voiding your insurance but I would agree with Jake on their usefulness. I've read a few posts where people say they turn their cars off, put the key in their pocket then sit in the car until it stops. Why bother?! I fancy a remote start for the "look what my car can do" appeal, but seeing as I've pressed the buttons on the alarm fob whilst in my pocket before now, I think it'd be an expensive mistake at some point! (I forget what it's called at the mo, I'm really tired) 'Cat 1', something like that? Anyway, a TurboTimer voids the Cat 1 (or whatever it's called) classification. As said previously though, (and before I knew of the insurance problem) I think they are a waste of time and money anyway.
vvteye
When I first saw this thread 'where to mount your turbo timer' I really thought it related to the thread 'how to have sex in a supra' I have one and have to hang around the car as when it switches off the locks open again

Safely Insured
Didn't know this either, can Ollie from Sky insurance verify that cause I will take mine out if that's the case. As far as we are concerned, as long as the turbo timer is disclosed on your modification form then you are insured, and to be honest I've never heard of a turbo timer invalidating anyones insurance.
