toyo rob
Just installed a ssqv, kindly supplied by Gaz W, and was just wondering what the adjuster adjusts and which way does what??? Dale B
I'll most probably be corrected here but its to adjust the vacuum pressure at which the bov activates...nothing to do with loudness or noise levels. I'd leave it at the factory settings

Alex
Don't adjust it unless you have a boost leak from it...and then only tighten it a 1/4 turn at a time and re-test.
b_have
Mine flutters, so i've adjusted it all the way in. still doesn't seem able to cope with a big single. TBH had better results using two stock valves running in parallel next to the throttle body.
mawby
The flutter is a 'feature' of that BOV. It does it on my stock twin as well.
mawby
Oh, and this site has some useful information about it. http://www.935motorsports.com/hksbov.htm#hksfaq
b_have
Thanks Mawby, thinking of fitting another vacuum feed nearer to the front of the throttle body so as to sharpen the response time
