Supragal
Awesome. I did always wonder how they could be exactly spot on every time and couldn't possibly be out...
Ian C
Looks good If the timing is out then they overread and therefore every Gatso conviction needs reviewing, hahaha -Ian
Scoboblio
"Paul Smith, founder of the Safe Speed road safety campaign commented, "If Mr Edgar's claims are proven then almost everyone convicted by a Gatso speed camera will be able to apply to have their case reopened." HAHAHAHAHA!!!! Bring it on! Not that I've ever been caught (touch wood), but that still made me laugh.

Sharpie
Is it good for us ? (On one hand yes, on the other no) How much tax payers money will they spend with the flood of cases to be reopened if he wins ? The people who run our country..... Scoboblio
How much tax payers money will they spend with the flood of cases to be reopened if he wins ? Personally I don't care about the tax money, it'll be worth it to parade about infront of the local council offices whilst leaving the soop running and using a gallon of fuel a minute idling, whilst I show my bare arse to the gits who put up the cameras in the first place - Complete with WE written on one cheek and WIN on the other
Digsy
Whether he wins or not aside, the blatant cover-up from the police, GATSOmeter and the CPS (FFS!) over the calibration is disgusting.
SimonB
Is it good for us ? (On one hand yes, on the other no) How much tax payers money will they spend with the flood of cases to be reopened if he wins ? I think it would only be people that went to court rather than just paid that could have their cases re-opened, everyone else has already admitted guilt by sending the form back. Gaz Walker
How much tax payers money will they spend with the flood of cases to be reopened if he wins ? On the plus side, they might have to sell all the cameras to pay for it :D Gaz.
neilg
How much tax payers money will they spend with the flood of cases to be reopened if he wins ? Who cares, they can have my tax money so long as my poins come off, the money i would save insuring the sup would cover tax for quite some time (£600 for 3 points)
Ian C
whilst I show my bare arse to the gits who put up the cameras in the first place - Complete with WE written on one cheek and WIN on the other Now THAT I'd like to see* The people who didn't go to court would still have a case, they were told they were guilty because of the evidence presented to them, i.e. the gatso picture. I wonder if people could claim back their subsequently inflated insurance costs due to the points as well? Quite legitimate claim I think. -Ian *from a purely heterosexual standpoint
