yeh i wasnt refering to your weight loss :)

Weren't you? Oh it must be my dick size then eh? Of course, for you to be able to distinguish between man size and boy size you would have had to have had plenty of experience with dicks.

I should have guessed as much. :)

the fact that you scraped the barrell and started using schoolyard insults shows :

(1) why you have a post count of over 16,000

(2) that you were desperate for insults

(3) your general intelligence.

from this point on im not going to drag this on,but i i doubt you will get a warning of class one for your comments.

Say what you want,it takes more of a man to stay silent and just shrug off such comments.

Im not going to reply to anything you say now Cj.,

i actualy think your a nice fella and when i was here 2 years ago i thought you were ace.,

how wrong was i.

How wrong you are. As you both can't conduct yourselves properly on it and turned the thread into insult slinging, then it's only fair to ban you both from it.

Darren, have you not cottoned on to the lack of "welcome back" from anyone? ;)

Not read all the replies so apologise for juming in......

But is there a legal requirement for you to pay such a fine, what happens if you didnt ?

Also I park in the family bays, yes, I will be honest about that, but there is no way Im parking in a normal bay for some tit to open his car door onto my 4k respray and have by body work scuffed and marked just cause someone else dont care. Was sat outide a mates house the other day waiting for him to grab something from inside, we were in his car, he pulled up along side a Corsa, pefectly adequate space to get in and out, anyway two people come out from another house the gf gets in the passenger side, opens her door right onto my mates Beamer, ok its a shed of a Beamer, but firstly there was no concern that she just twatted another car with her door, or concern over hers, and further more she wasnt even aware that there was two people sat in the car that she just twatted......my mate just looked at me and said "bet your glad that wasnt your Supra"......

And as for the family bays, I have my mate lodging with me, he doesnt pay rent and I feel like a parent to him, ok I didnt give birth natually to him but he is dependant upon me currently so Im sure they wouldnt fine a foster parent for using those bays so the way I see it is Im qualified to.....:p

Feeling that pain. :( Most disabled badge owners are fully able as spouse's can use them.

I think you'll find you're slightly wrong there, as my Dad's a Blue Badge holder, and anyone can use his badge, as long as HE IS IN THE CAR...

Note : My Dad is disabled, can only walk with 2 crutches, and not like some of the people who claim to be.

f..ing drives me nuts seeing Mr BMW or MERC driver thinking I'm above parking away from the store or getting my car to close to OTHER lower cars so I'm going to park here........

Oy, I'm a MERC driver whilst the Sup gets fixed ;) - And I regularly park in the spaces furthest away, please don't confuse me with the Idiot 'Wish I could afford a Range Rover' Merc drivers :)

And I did understand the point the thread maker was attempting to make, although once the biplane started to throw the insults out it was just a case of watching him crash and burn, depending on how liberal minded you are, and if you're into that sort of thing... Go CJ :)

We have a chap that works for us who was registered disabled. You should see him run up and down the stairs. He still carries the stick around for effect. He even gets a disability/motobility brand new car which his daughter drives around whilst he gets the bus every day.

That's annoying.

Wow, a huge thread. I haven't read it all, so apologies if I'm repeating anything anyone else has said. I wholeheartedly agree that benefit fraud is disgusting. People who do it are parasites.

Pete, have you reported the guy for benefit fraud? I think you can do it anonymously these days.

I think it's even stricter than that. My neighbour has MS and got told to move his car when parked in a disabled spot so his (perfectly able) wife could nip in to the shops.

Yes - it's their land and they can enforce whatever parking restrictions they want, so long as there are adequete signs posted that warn of these penalties before you park.

Also I park in the family bays, yes, I will be honest about that, but there is no way Im parking in a normal bay for some tit to open his car door onto my 4k respray and have by body work scuffed and marked just cause someone else dont care.

Sorry, but there's no justification for parking like that. I am just as concerned about the 'tit' element as you, but seeing an able-bodied person step out of a car parked on a disabled/family space would annoy most people - especially those with families. Also, bearing in mind the mind-set of some people nowadays they might just decide to key your car for a petty revenge? BTW I'm not advocating this - I think car-keyers should be minced!:twak:

There are plenty of things you could do to avoid scuffs and scratches before taking up a space put there for less able people::idea:

1 - Park at the other end of the car-park and walk 100-200m. I'm sure that as a 30 year old 'fit?':D man you're quite able to use those things that hang off your arse called legs?

2 - Get a runaround car. It doesn't matter if it gets dinged, dented etc, will probably save you money and, let's face it, can fit a whole lot more in the boot and the back. ;)

3 - If you really, really have to then double park on the regular spaces. There's far more of them, so your chances of inconveniencing (able-bodied) people is far less.:)

ETA: I am not disabled and I don't have a family, so am not biased in all this :)
