juanchan
I'm older than 25 but younger than 35, I hide my intelligence most of the time, becuase I'm uncomfortable about it. Sad I know, but I felt it did me no favors. Honest reply mate. I don't understand. If you're claiming hyper-intelligence, why hide it? Intrigueing! How so? I'm eating a rather large bar of chocolate-covered marzipan and Michael's post made me laugh a lot!

Carl_S
Does God believe in me? Does a non-existant being believe in anything? If he exists then he would believe in you, I'm sure.
juanchan
Yuk! Marzipan is the food of the devil There goes that idea for when you come to visit to prove who's skinniest Can't have too much marzipan on Christmas cake. My dad, sister and myself love the stuff. We all got one of said huge bars for christmas each. Yummy!
Matt H
I don't believe in a god that any religion i know of portrays, but as for a power beyond what we know of then, who knows, i'm pretty sure there isn't, but asking for answers to questions like that could never yield a positive answer. Its like the teapot hypothesis, i'm 99.9 % sure there isnt a tea pot orbiting the earth, but can i prove there isnt? The only thing we can go off is our own logical deduction, and my logic points to a no. simply put, your can never say 100% yes or 100% no, but you can have a damn fine idea oif which the answer is likely to be

juanchan
yeuck.... nasty stuff.... aww..... i'm skinnier Wanna bet? That said, I've put on 2 stone in about the last 2 years and I'm still thin as lol @ hyper, mate. Did I claim that? or is that what you see? Can't be more specific at the present time I've just never encountered someone who has openly said "I'm ashamed of my intelligence". It either implies you feel you are very intelligent or very thick. If it was the latter, I can't see many people actively pointing it out to the world.

Above average I guess. But so what? Lot more to life than intelligence ratings.

Sparky
I just came back from a funeral. Nice bloke gone way before his time (50). The Priest was making his speech about god almighty and jesus his son being compassionate but as soon as he mentioned the war on terror and violence in the world there was no mention of why god and jesus (who obviously care deeply for Earth as the bible says) aren't doing anything. I know all religion is based on faith but with WMD's all across the globe and every country ready to press the red button to start WW3 wouldn't you think its about the time God to showed up to save us................ Im still waiting. If something out there really does exist ill believe it when i see it, and by the looks of the poll most of you lot will agree. Tricky-Ricky
I don't believe in god, or any type of religion, but i am inclined to believe in a life essence/force/conciseness, which may well explain most of the so called miracles/phenomena that is reportedly manifest, with large volumes of people wanting or believing something can happen, it Will, theres a lot of energy available be it psychic, kinesics etc.
