Mac / Safari / Youtube problem

A few things to try

1. 'Reset Safari' (select in Safari drop down menu at top). Note this will delete any stored passwords, cookies, cache, etc.

2. If that doesn't work go to 'Disk Utilities' and run 'Repair Disk Permissions.'

3. If that doesn't work run 'Verify Disk' in 'Disk Utilities'

Also as Pete said make sure your software is all up to date, run 'Software Update' to check.

Thanks guys, and Nic:)...tried all the above, but no go. Looked around the Apple / Mac forums and the problem is world wide, started pretty much the same time.

OSX 10 and older, Safari and Firefox, all crashing out when clicking on Youtube. Too much over my head, but seems unfixable with the set-up I have here.
