Al Massey
i got the wifes RAV4 from carcraft in wales last new year and never had a problem, good prices great warrenty even tho we extended for 10 years and had plenty to chose from if i was to buy another i would def go back, plus they do schemes where the more times you go back or refer friends you get discount tickets which you can save up and use to buy new cars

merckx
My brother travelled a long way to see a VW Golf at Cargiant, scratches and marks all over it. "Motorpoint" is the best car supermarket I've visited . Members of the family have bought 3 secondhand cars and one new one, all the cars were immaculate. Fords of Winsford is good too but a little expensive.
Rob
Our Audi came from CarLand in Thurrock, 60K on the clock, still going strong at 180K now. The only downside was the massive hard sell they put on my wife to get a warranty. The usual story "Audis are sooooo reliable, you'll never have any trouble" then sign the deal and suddenly it's going to fall apart the minute it gets outside so we NEED their cast-iron warranty. She nearly walked out in tears before they relented, I wish I'd been there.
Wez
When I visited car giant they were handing out keys for people to take a look at motors, which is ok i guess, but said peeps were starting the cars and reving the nuts off em cold which isnt so good
scooby_doo_do
I've bought a car from Car Giant before - he had just come off the trailer so i got a really good deal on it. Went to car land in thurrock the other day, thought they were rather expensive for what they had, and they make a big point about sitting you down and going through a "Chat" before they let you walk round. Matt Harwood
I bought a Mondeo from Car Giant, (then The Great Trade Centre). They didn't give us the hard sell on either warranties or buying a car. I had to go into an office to ask for some keys, and they just handed me as set of keys in exchange for mmy own. Not a salesman in sight. my only quibble was when we went to pay for the car, the paying / collection process took 3 hours due to the vast number of customers vs sales people. It was a bit like an Argos style pay and collection process.
RobSheffield
I used to work for Carcraft, and they werent great, but were forced to raise their game in recent years. There is so much competition in the stack em high sell em cheap market now that they cant really afford to be mediocre
