jot_ie
Just browsing supraforums and came across this. Vertical core intercoolers. They say they are much more efficient than the horizontal core ones. I dont know much about them myself, but it could be a discussion for some of you more technical guys. Some of these figures go to 1800 bhp Worth looking into maybe? This is the thread http://www.supraforums.com/forum/showthread.php?threadid=240902 Links from the thread http://www.procharger.com/intercoolers.shtml http://www.to4r.com/media/keithta_frontclose.jpg Regards John

Alex
They are good for keeping pressure drop low, but the packaging is a nightmare...the front of a Sup is much more condusive to a traditional horizontal setup. And as stated on SF...they look shite! lol Wouldn't bother re-inventing the wheel unless you are really keen/loaded.
Syed Shah
I would like to know more, if it works better, could get away with a thinner core, nice for those who like to drive hard, and don't want the rad masked off so much. Alex, most your old posts were about re-inventing the wheel, thought you would be keener!
