simbasupra
Was busy working today when a colleague comes in and says "you might want to come outside". As i go out he takes me to my car to find the wind has taken over a temporary fence over and onto my car:( After taking pictures we pushed the fence back up to inspect the damage. Luckily for me another colleagues car took most of the damage. He had a couple of estimates on his today and will cost £1500 to repair, problem is is it's only a M reg Carina E and so not even worth that, so insurance will probably write it off. I still need to get estimates on mine. The damage to mine is smashed n/s mirror, dent in quater panel, dent in a-pillar and n/s window trims scratched. Luckily the builders are going to take full responsibility due too the way the fence was put up. Will put up pics and estimates when i get them. hoff
Thats so unlucky mate, really sorry. I get really edgy sometimes when the wind picks up when i drive to the pub because of the number of trees on the car park.
