Mike M
What an awkward thing the 1st cat is to get off, bottom nut easy, one towards engine not bad but the other Bassa towards the wheel took ages to fathom out the winning ext, uni joint, wobbly combo. Then had to remove the clutch inspection plate to allow the gearbox exhaust bracket to come off as this stopped the cat dropping out. Piece of cake fitting the decat as its alot narrower than the cat. Fitted the 1 Bar RR in there too but i dont have a FCD or boost gauge yet so I'll be taking it easy for now. First impressions are its not as loud as I thought it would be with the Apexi, the 1st tubby spools instantly and its sounds awsome around 4k. Need to sort a few things out now before I can open her up but looking forward to it.

Mike M
Yep, the 2nd one is easier but I'll see if I need to as it depends on a few things i.e my friendly mot person;)
merckx
wouldnt it be easier to just do the 2nd one? passes fine with it apparently It would be much easier but I've never tried with just the front cat fitted, I wouldn't want the hastle of coming home and having to get the ramps and tools out again to refit the front cat if it did fail.
