TRD Sway bars

TRD ones are excellent, from memory they are also tubular, so not too heavy. Adding roll stiffness via bars will make single pothole bumps much harsher, and stiffer bars will make handling more twitchy, but the added roll stiffness is welcome on the MKIV when run on sensible spring rates for the road. I would trust TRD to use good spec materials above Whiteline, myself.

Yep, I've got TRD anti-roll bars (please don't call them sway bars, we're not American ;) ). They are not too stiff, so make a nice improvement in roll resistance without messing up the compliance of the suspension. The Titan ones are too stiff IMHO. I don't remember them being much heavier than standard if at all.
