Hello i got some problems with my newly mounted injectors

I have mounted a Euro spec resistor pakage and i dont know if its right or wrong

i got 12v+ at both plints at the injector piggytail when the ignition is on, is that wrong?

The Ems im using is Aem i got problems to get into that one to.

Is there anyone that got a god printing or pictures of how to mount The resistor package the car is a Japan spec.

The guy i bought it from says that there is a startup calibration in the Aem box i got.

I have tryed to start it but it wont work. so my question is can the box be Grounded in a bad way? the grounding points is in the same place as original .

I have replaced the battery to the trunk grounded it in the chassi and placed a really big + cable al the way from the orginal + cable. i got 13 volt so the problem shouldnt be there either.

I doesent got even a spark?

The problem with the Aem Ems is that when i tryed to connect it just says OFFLINE all the time.

i tryed everything. it doesent got the connection to the box, im using a old laptop Toshiba with a comport. that works.

The AEM does come with startup calibration on it but I very much doubt it will have settings that will get your car running, its normally for stock based cars.

If its new firmware then you have to connect within 5 seconds of ignition on otherwise the serial switches to telemetry output, if you dont have an AEM serial gauge you can turn this is off.

The Aem has been in a Supra with a t78 turbo and so on so the startup wouldnt be a problem, at least if the car could make some sound a backfire or anything?

One thing that i haven,t tryed is to turn on the start and se if the Rmp gauge is moving when i turn the key.

Does anyone have some tip of what to do?

Excuse my bad english im from Sweden:)

I would give up trying to start the car until you can connect to the AEM and check its status.

Before starting it will need throttle calibration and fueling set for your injectors etc this should all be done with just the ignition on without the engine running.

One guy told me that i might have problem with the Rpm Sensor?

Because the Supra need that signal to run and give the injectors and ignition to work?

When i think back i got some problem with backfiring and so on last summer just before the car starts to boost,

I was running with Bpu and original Ecu.

Can the Rpm sensor be the problem why i doesent got the signal to the injectors?

I have used the multimeter to check if i got the signal to the injectors but i dont.

The box should send out a signal to start even if i doesent get into it right now.

Hold on a second....

Let us get a clear understanding of what you're trying to do.

Is your car completely stock except for the AEM and 720cc injectors? Or are you saying that your car has a t78 turbo and has run before and now you've fitted 720cc injectors it's not working?

The fact that you can't connect to the AEM ECU isn't a good sign either way and most likely related to your problem. You need to check the power feed to the ECU. The pin-out's that have the 12 volt feeds are explained within the AEM literature that should have came with the ECU (and can be downloaded from their website otherwise)

If you've got good power feeds to the ECU, then you've not set your connection settings correctly, or either your laptop com port or your ECU is fried.

If you fix that problem, then I would suggest downloading the map from the ECU and posting it up on here *before* attempting to start the car. That way someone can confirm that the map is good or bad.

Either way, you will need someone to re-map the car to run on your new injectors.

Trying to drive the car without having it mapped will most definitely wreck it.

If the everything is fine, and your map has been initially adjusted to run on the injectors you have (you'll need information of the injector size, and base pressure of the fuel system the map was originally done for) then you can go ahead and attempt to start the car. If the car still won't start then you can start to diagnose further.

Hope that helps.

No no no

this is what it is.

I got a boostlogic Single setup t67bb

and the precision 780cc injectors ,boostlogic fuelrail

uppgraded fuellines Aeromotive Regulator e.t.c

And the Aem

the Aem whas in a supra with a t88 turbo last summer in a different car.

I got 12v+ at every pinout where i should and ground where i should. so probably the box is Fried or someone at the postal dropped it or something like that.

But it just keeps saying "offline" all the time.
