Lived in Wales all my life until I went to uni, but English born and bred sorry My parents had the choice of Chester or Wrexham hospitals for me and my sister and they plucked the English one. About the one place I don't really know in Clwyd Keep an eye out for "Pancake Runs" in the North West Events section. Always a decent crowd turns up. I get between 250 and 300 miles to a full tank, which is 70 litres I think (UK car - the J-spec ones have 60 litre tanks). It's usually between 18 and 22 mpg depending on how much fun you have!
