Virtual Reality

I have had a good play about on VR programs as my uncle has worked for alot of the larger companies into this, been on the fire training, US army training, virtual show rooms done for harley davison, really good on the show room one you can pick up a magazine look through it turn on taps was very impressed with it. Was about 8 year ago when i had a go on them so probs came on leaps and bounds by now.

All this talk of expensive virtual reality stuff is great, but why spend so much when you can build your own virtual reality hood???

 

All you need is a pair of scissors, a cereal packet and an optional piece of string or elastic band.

 

Simply cut the cereal packet to fit your head at one end, then cut the other end off. Use the optional string to attach it to your head :D This leaves both hands free to explore your virtual world (not like the cheapskate in the picture). :thumbs:

 

And voila, all the tunnel vision and slight giddyness of virtual reality at a cost of, well, nothing!

 

And aren't the graphics really lifelike? The virtual dog looks particularly vicious LOL
