supra-lover Posted January 1, 2008 Share Posted January 1, 2008 well i think i'm gonna take my supra off the road this year and the money i save on insurance and running costs i'm gonna buy a tt lump to put in, my problem is fitting the new engine, there is no way i'll be able to afford a tt for a couple of years so this is my only option really,plus i love my car the engines don't seem hard to get hold of but like i said it's just getting somebody to fit it and thats where the money is going to be isn't it?? if anybody can give me some info on where to start i'd be very happy, but thats my plans, 1 month left on the insurance and she's coming off the road cheers guys Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

AJI Posted January 1, 2008 Share Posted January 1, 2008 probably be an easier job saving for a TT.... as you say if you are already putting your car off the road for a year and then you will have to spend cash on a TT engine and have it all fitted etc. Instead of saving for a TT engine and all the hassle, just save for a TT.
