Everytime i park my supra i always think im closer to the car behind when reversing. I can judge how close i am to the car infront just not the back. I fine with other cars i use does any1 else do this aswell.

no the rest of us are fine:p its just you, get a reversing camera;)

Yeah, I always struggled with reversing. It was even harder in mine as it has a blacked-out rear screen, so parking at night was impossible. I was usually 2-3 feet further away than I thought.

I picked up a reversing sensor from fleabay which has a clip-on rear view mirror that displays the distance in metres and a series of bars going from green to red indicating which side the obstruction is.

Definately worth the tenner it cost. It sometimes throws a bit of a fit if the sensors are mucky or frosted up, but apart from that it's been great.

As they say practice makes perfect i used to find the my work van a pain as they have no back windows but slowly got used to them and im fine. Once i was in a petrol station reversed upto the pump in the van stopped got out and was bout 3cm from the car behind. the owner of the car was looking at me was glad i stopped where i did.
