You can get the rom from http://www.rom-world.com/file.php?id=22690 (70mb) You can get Mame emulator from the same site http://www.rom-world.com/file_emu.php?id=80 You'll also need to put this zip file in the rom subfolder http://www.rom-world.com/file.php?id=22504 for this game to work Oh & you'll need Direct X too.
