Picked my new car up last Saturday after I sold the Supra. Gutted to see it go and looks wise I prefer the supe but this is a better all rounder me. Never driven anything that handles as good as this. Thanks to Ravi for the sale.

Quite strange really as I still browse the parts for sale section here rather than the evo forum! :eyebrows:

Thanks Micheal. I will without a doubt be back. I think this is just a tempory fix for a year or 2. Yes the handling is unreal, 1st, 2nd, & 3rd grip and pull amazing, its comfy, spacious & sounds nice etc but it doesnt have 'that' look of supra. Plus at 3rd, 4th & 5th my old supe would eat it alive but I wanted something different. Something that is the complete opposite to what the supra is and I think this it. Im luving being able to pull out of juction quick, come on boost without wheel spinning and go round bends like its on rails.

Its also nice to get a boot load full of shopping and stuff!

Only time will tell how I feel about it in 6 months or so. At the minute the only thing I dont like are the interior door handles!

Thanks guys

That is nice mate, and a good mod the old 9 bumper, loads of people on MLR do that! Can see why tho!

Enjoy!

But dont get too confident with the car!

Yeh the 9 bumpers is probably one of the best stock bumpers ive seen. Got abit of a trial rear for the supra about it.

After driving the supra for nearly 3 years Im still getting used to the evo on bends. You dont know where the limits are to it, I thought I was pushing it reasonably hard then my mate took me out whos had an evo for 2 years and made me look as though I was a sunday driver!

The limits are very high in a 4wd car mate, its really fun stuff, but IF you come undone, then you better know what your doing!

Is the vortex generator a Mitsi item? ;)

The vortex generator is Rexspeed. I think it was bought during a group buy on the MLR. I dont think its the genuine mitsi thing but im unsure.

Ive got a track day in Feb so I think I may find the limits then!

Good lad, i went out in my mates fq300 (tuned to 400bhp) and m god did that fly! He does grass racing aswell so i trusted his driving (still pooed myself mind you!)

Nice one mate best thing to do to it is track it as your doing!

Enjoy it! Youll get addicted!
