xeno Posted December 28, 2007 Share Posted December 28, 2007 I have a J-spec 1993 RZ TwinTurbo and am doing a CAM belt change soon. I was going to pick up a water pump too, but I'm not sure what one. Can anyone post a pic of the water pump that will fit my model of Supra? I've seen a few that claim to fit my car, but they are all different. So as far as I can find out I'm going to need a tool to lock the cams off, and some kind of puller. Is that correct, and is there anything else I'll need? A friend of mine who is a mechanic is going to do the work, with me helping/watching. So long as I get all the parts and tools we'll need. So far I have a timing belt, tensioner and idler kit. Water pump still to get and fluids etc. SUPRASUZUKI. Do you have the Cam locking tool/s? If so any chance of a rental? Many thanks for the info. ksbkrew Posted March 2, 2009 Share Posted March 2, 2009 Hello just a question, i have a TT uk spec and i have mounted the second one pump in picture. in my oem pump there's no plug just under the pulley. can you tell me if it's normal? and so , the plug from my new one ,where does it go?
