keancy
Is it just me or are the Supras like magnets or what?? Went shopping Friday morning and parked in 3 different car parks right, eachtime carefully choosing a wide open space at the end of the car park. No cars anywhere near me. And I be buggered everytime I came back some idiot had parked right close to me all though the car park was empty. I mean WTF??? Why............... Ewen
Simple. People want to park next to nice, well kept cars. The psychology is sound...even in an otherwise empty car park, they feel safer leaving their own cars next to one that in their eyes, is owned by someone who takes care when opening the door next to another car. Someone who is anally diligent when manoevering a shopping trolley with alien wheels. Someone who obviously hasnt got the children of Satan in the back. HTH

Park next to a sh*tter, and you know there's a risk of getting clouted by the door.

My personal Holy Grail is finding a space between an Aston and a Ferrari. I may not live long enough to fulfil my multi-storey destiny. jim_supra
This always happens to me. The one that got me the most was a woman who parked right next to me leaving very little room and then proceeded to get her spawn out of it's baby seat. I don't know if the door was touching my car but the amount of room she left it must have. Tere was no damage though.

Havard
I have been known to drive all the way around a car park and even though there were spaces available, none of them were "ignorant tosser" proof!! I have therefore gone somewhere else. I would lose my mind if someone dented my car, especially if I could have avoided it! H.

erol_h
No matter how far you park away from others there is always one idiot that manages to do something. My brother parked in the end space and moved in over a little to make sure he had more than enough room. Came back to find the idiot next to him had opened his door into his door and jus slighty exchanging his paint onto his car. So my brother kindly exchanged his foot on his lovly electric mirror which broke off and landed on the floor.
Pete
Corner slots or two spaces. If you park slap bang in the centre of two spaces and open your door fully to get out you'll find it actually extends almost to the next car anyway. I always do this when I get out as if to say to passer bys "look, I need the room just to get out!"
R Black
If there are 3 spaces, in the middle, or a corner space, otherwise in between expensive clean cars, NEVER next to shi**ers, NEVER next to cars with baby seats or cuddly toys. Charming that. So when I finished putting my shopping in and went to pull off they was coming back to their car and promptly got the "birdy" of my then 16 year old son lolol.
