cheekymonkey
Resident Evil: Umbrella is excellent as a "party" game if you have friends over who aren't necessarily gamers, just point and shoot - the action is on rails so you don't have to move around. A lot of fun in 2 player mode. RE4: Wii Ed is like a regular game, but it's also pretty good I've heard.
MONKEYmark
i have been getting into mine last few days love the sports pack games bowling is brill have done best games this morning of 214 and 192 and 228 to give a 633 series really great simple game to play the golfing game on it is great too.its a pity its not more holes to it. got the nintendo play dvd its ok but nothing to write home about the brain academy is ok for a short while. brunswick bowling is ok for money but i prefer the sports pack bowling. next one i would like to buy is the carnival game and tiger woods 2008. got tiger woods 2008 on ps2 and its pretty good game when u get into it, but using the nunchuck to do swings seems more fun. whats everyone think to the sports pack bowling and golfing. also has anyone tried any game cube games. Sheefa
I've got Farcry - and god damn is it hard to control so any FPS games to me would seem a little too awkward. Also got some Angling/Fishing game which is quite amusing, but again pretty difficult. Haven't played this Monster Truck game thing yet or Rayman or Mario Football, but will give them a go tonight. I'll be going for the Olympics next me thinks.
Thorin
Guess what I just bought this lunch time Most places I looked today had them in stock but were still only selling them in a bundle. However, I managed to get the last Nintendo Wii that WHSmiths had in stock plus it was £5 off a game if you bought it at the same time so got Mario Party too (I've played the N64 versions and they were great fun). Couldn't find anywhere with extra remotes in stock though!
AndrewOW
whats everyone think to the sports pack bowling and golfing. Bowling and tennis are my favourites, but I must say I am looking forward to games being released that fully utilise the Wiimotes capabilities, rather than an 'add-on' to games that have been converted as a sort of 'stop gap' feature. For example, the 'live' feel of Wii Sports actions with the wiimote are just excellent, but after playing a few other games recently, the actions feel a little similar to normal joypads for other consoles; move the wiimote, then it does something, rather than instantly and 'live', etc. Maybe Resident Evil, Umbrella Chronicles will be something like that... Saying that, the games I have now got are just great fun. I will be getting Mario & Sonic soon, so we could try to organise an online games fest at some point
