What is this? anyone?

I have read on a japanease webiste there they sell this hose.

It should be to cool the engine more. I don´t know do the supra have problems eith overhear on the 6 cylinder or something like that so it will be cooled better with this for longer trips or something like that..

 

I don´t know but it is something...

 

Anybody else that have anything to day?

I think its to warm the in-car heater faster (probably by .5 of a second!)

Here u can find a textnote on the hose.

It´s on a website in japan called: http://www.night-pager.com

 

With the 2JZ engine, the chilled water from the heater hose the bypass water flow route was lightened with being able to point in ラジエターアッパーホース, the sufficient cooling water flow was guaranteed. Because of this while the rear cylinder where heat is easy to accumulate - temperature stabilizing, controlling water temperature rise it prevents thermal ダレ and the overheat of the engine. You recommend to サーキ ット travelling.
