razza
Just when I could think he couldn't take the piss any more, check out my iTrader feedback..... Some people are just beyond help, how more reasonable could I be? He's asked the impossible of me....

SUPRASUZUKI
Have you ever bought anything off him or sold anything to him (your deal was with someone else, was it not?)? If not, how can he (and why is he allowed to - mods?) leave you feedback????

razza
he could probably say the same as I actually bought it off rovervi, but it looks like he's not going to put it on so I did. I just hope he does for the future saftey of others. To be fair if I'm going to buy anything off anyone I'll just send them the link to the dispute thread as that will highlight the issue is not at my end, and in fact shows that if there is an issue I'll try to sort it out. Class One
Was it unfair? It was an inappropriate use of the i-Trader facility. As for your comments above I've deleted them as the matter is being put through the courts and subject to due process.

Good work, im sure my meaningless thoughts will have serious effect on a small claims case, lol
dangerous brain
The rightness and wrongness of the incident is one thing. The thing that really stinks is the attitude coming from CF. My 2 year old acts better than that. The only thing missing from his responses is ner ner ner ner ner FFS. Forums are about good will and helping each other not being an obstinate individual and frankly selling an item that isn't kosher and hoping to get away with it is just not in the spirit of a club (OK I will cover my own ass here and say if this is indeed the case). Yes things always go wrong and stuff gets mis described, expectations can be above whats reasonable etc etc, its the way it is dealt with that makes the difference. Its tragic that some folk feel the need to act in this manner and it really agitates me.
razza
sh1t does happen, because nobody or nothing's perfect. But you should resolve it properly and quickly to save everyone involved grief, and act like a decent human being over it. People should be big enough to take responsibility to resolve things like this, we've seen it with prior, and even current tradings issues, and unfortunately I don't think it will go away. As for offers of help I fully appreciate it and wouldn't be looking for, and haven't asked for charity (unless forced upon me then I may accept lol!), all I'm after is an engine that works properly and has been looked after which I can fit into my car. The missus has come to terms with the fact that the wedding band will now be a DJ so I can sort this out, and we'll get over it, but not until I've seen justice. I accept there can be issues after you buy things, but not if told it is something it is not. I would also like to see Rovervi's help in trying to resolve this as it's going to land on his doorstep as well. Unfortunately the world is not made of people like most of us. I'm a great believer in Karma, so we shall just have to wait and see...watch this space
