ECK
I'm not a Fifer, but I spent a bit of time there as a kid and went to school in Aberdour. My parent are both from Glasgow and I adopted a Fife accent really quickly, to the point where both of them couldn't understand me. After that we moved to Polmont, then after a few years to England and it all went downhill after that. hey i live not to far from aberdour only 10 mins aberdour is a lovely place the beach there has won pleanty of awards:) there is a punch tree there at the entrance to the golfclub it pretty cool just laying into it:boxing: i dont know the correct name for it but its really soft and good fun:D i bet you miss the place eh?! Solid Snake
You'll all probably aware of the trauma's I've had and still having. But I can't say anymore on that as I'm going legal. However, I'd just like to say that there's some people on here that have made me remember that there's still people with big hearts out there, and do care about other members on here. I wasn't going to publically embarrass him but thought I would mention it as I think it's club spirit at it's best. The guy in question is Alex or G10ECK, I have had no dealings with him before and have never met the guy. He noted my issues and very generously offered me his n/a engine if I was still having troubles in Jan when he goes turbo. Now that's kindness!!! Only to be expected from a Fifer Yep.....that`s what being in a club`s all about. Well done that man !

keancy
Good man Alex. Was only telling my son this morning that I have never experienced generosity and sense of being together as a team like i have in this place. I was a member of the Fiat forum for over 5 years and never received help or a welcome like here there at all. The forums there were pretty much full of noobs and to**ers. If you posted a question you'd get nothing but stupid replies and no help. Here you get some banter and sillyness (which is funny) but theres always one or two that will actually give sound helpful advice. I am glad I found you guys and can't wait for some Summer meets to actually meet some of you. One person is favorite on my list. "I want to meet Michael" so I can find out if he is really as strange as he would have us belive lolol.
