DamanC
Just a top up from what I will lose when swapping the radiator out. It is a J spec I dont know what the stock cooler is im guessing its an area set aside withing the rad where the fluid resides? My radiator had one larger fan mounted in front of the radiator (passenger side) but that went in the bin when I put my fmic on, I believed it to be the air con cooler? From what I understand there is a smaller fan mounted to the radiator shroud on the back of the radiator which I *think* blows/sucks air to cool the transmission..... Im sure someone with more tech know how than me will confirm that...
Jake
Hardly any fluid at all. One litre will be more than enough.
Ben-san
They guys at Whifbitz just swapped in a new stock rad on mine a couple of weeks ago, and were very experienced in doing this. Drop them a line and I'm sure they'd be able to advise.

SUPRASUZUKI
Before you reconnect, it's worth considering doing a complete fluid change. Otherwise, as Jake says, you'll not need much to top up.

Terminator
If you are doing it yourself, don't forget to drain the block. The drain plug is just to the rear and beneath the rear turbo housing.
