Stonkin
Hi guys and girls, has been a while since i posted, but have still been checking things out Hope your all ready for a wicked crimbo! I fancy buying a supra model. One of the ones you make and paint yourself. But a good quality reasonable size one. Think it will pass away some of the cold grotty evenings this time of year brings us. I've had my eyes open for ages looking but have never seen anything. Someone must have come across a good one somewhere, any ideas? Christian
RedM
There's only one that's easisly available. It's made by Tamiya but it's not exactly large at about the length of a postcard. I've made three now and I'm almost happy with the last one.
Stonkin
ive seen a couple of small ones, but want something large that i can put some time into and loads of detail. Wondered if there was a known company that perhaps had a website i could order one from
turbonut
Hey hun Great minds think alike!!! Had just same thoughts, did searched on ebay but they are around 1/24th so a little on the small side, but fun all the same, I'm sure I like the Tamiya Supra GT version .......... http://search.stores.ebay.co.uk/supra_Model-Kits_W0QQsacatZ1188QQsofpZ4 Lxx
Stonkin
Guess this was the one you are talking about RedM http://www.speednation.com/store/product966.html Really want something much larger
Stonkin
Hi Linda, hope you are well.. Something like that would be great, as you could get loads of detail on the interior. But it needs to be bigger. Size does matter on this occasion

Stonkin
maybe? You know when a woman says, 'your massive, it wont fit!' well that just wont fit in my cabinet. But thanks
Big Ads
Why not get one of those Tamiya 1/10 radio controlled Supra's? The JTGC kind, you'll need to put time into building it up and you can paint the shell.
Stonkin
Cheers Ads, only trouble there, is i want to build a model that has huge detail in every part, engine, interior, outside etc. The RC models will just allow you to see a shell and not much else. Ive seen some awesome kits for porsche's and various others for around £100 that are about 2 foot in size. The detail is unreal. It wouldnt have to be that big but needs to be bigger than a postcard size. Seems to be a big shortage of supra kits
