juanchan
mine will be ready in a few years:d I haven't got any decorations and having bought a Supra and a flat in the last 12 months, a tree is the last thing my wallet has thought about this year! Looking forward to getting to my parents house at the weekend though, when it's all decorated and I just have to sit back and take advantage of their Sky movies

JustGav
Out of interest, how many people go for real trees. I personally think it needs to be real for the smell, and also the needle problem is just part of the charm

I personally think it needs to be real for the smell, and also the needle problem is just part of the charm Vanessa insists on a real tree. However with the green lobby getting a louder voice no doubt it'll become a capital crime under this current Govt.

SUPRASUZUKI
I prefer a real tree, but 'the management' will not have it. We bought the current tree from B&Q in the post Christmas sale a couple of years back. Only cost £18 and was 10ft tall (probably why they couldn't shift 'em)!!! I got slated (as usual) as it was too big, but 5 minute's with a hack saw and hey presto, it's 8.5ft tall and fits a treat!!
