Xbox 360 - Games?

Right, i bought a phone from Mobile Express a few weeks ago and my Xbox 360 Core 'free gift' had just turned up today :D

I'm not really one for consoles, but i'm gona have to get some games to try it out. So which ones would be good? I'm not too bothered about having the latest games as they'll be stupidly expensive and i havent played any of the old ones. I think i'[m going to get Forza 2 for starters as i've heard thats good, any other recommendations?

Are there and shops that sell cheap pre-owned games on the high street which i could get today? I had a look on the Game website and Forza 2 was still £30 pre-owned, it's only £35 brand new!

Won't you be needing a hard drive or something so you can save the games? Halo 3 is supposed to be the best for it?

Err, i dunno  Hmm, just had a look and the memory units are about £20. Does that mean there's not internal storage at all? And i cant save any progress if i buy some games? :banghead:

Gears of War is bloody good

G.R.A.W

Project Gotham Racing 4 (PGR 4)

I'll have to check them out :)

I prefer FPS games like COD4 on the PC although never played any of the halo's or gears of war.

Think it'll just be Forza 2 for now to try it out. £35 at Game or £19.99 pre-owned from Gamestation. Dont know if theres one of them near me though.

Bought myself an XBox Premium for my B/Day back in Nov. Got it on a deal with x2 Controllers, x2 Games (Halo3 and Forza2), steering wheel n pedals kit and a remote to use it as a DVD player which i doubt i'll need.

Played Forza a couple of times, good Sim, but my eyes don't like too many hours of constant driving games!

Someone at work leant me G.R.A.W. I was hooked on it and played almost 2 days solid (20hrs) untill i completed the game, was good, nothing worse than dedicating loadsa time to a game and never actually completeing it!

Someone also leant me Need For Speed Carbon which i've played to about 60% completion and starting to get on my nerves so i'm keepin away from the XBox for a bit.
