imagine the look on your face if you opened the bonnet on your soop and there staring at you is a transverse 5 cylinder ovloV lump!

I still can't understand why you would want to put a 2jz into a chevy?

 

hmm what about a Daewoo, sorry, Chevy Matiz? you could sit astride the engine, forget the gearbox just bolt the flywheel to a reliant back axle and hold on fcuking tight!

wow metro-sofa!! why didn't I think of that!! I can see it now hydrolastic, sorry, Hydragas fluid all over my living room carpet and a sofa that leans to one side whislt leaking oil everywhere from the gearbox remote change seal......:p

Sneaky idea that is why it rolled, the rear suspension just collapsed (a short while after hitting a pot hole) for some reason.

i'm guessing it was the subframe, or radius arms. maybe we should start our very own car company using bits from the best motor's of the past. we could call it British Gayland and make exciting stuff like Maxi's with a V12, Princesses with Quattro and twin -turbo's.......

Oh hell yeah.....

 

I want a Robin Reliant, swing it round 180 degress, move the steering to front and a suitably sized engine :p

Now your talking!! what about a bond bug or mincar? I know where there is a V12 XJ-S engine going cheap!
