  1. I think i get a similar noise, only when i go over rough road surface, motorways etc are fine. I've not done anything about it though.
  2. Thanks alot:thumbs: I did use the search button, though to no avail, i swear my search button doesn't give me the same access that everone else gets:whistle: :)

  5. Sorry to hear about this:swear: Hope you get it sorted soon!
  6. As it's getting colder i checked the anti freeze situation out, and theres seems to be a distinct lack of it. Just want to check if i know how to do it, cos of the different cars i've had it's been slightly different on each one. Drain the old fluid out using bottom rad pipe or drain tap, Flush through rad flush, reconnect pipe/tap and start to fill up with 50% demin water and 50% anti freeze (red toyota for life?). Do you then have to run the engine till it heats up and the stat operates and allows you to continue to fill up the coolant? Then keep doing this until it's full? Does this sound about right? or am i missing something? Thanks in advance:thanks:
  7. Could be a number of things: - blocked pipes, (bars radiator flush, halfrauds @ about £4.99) - Could be heater matrix, try a search on here and flush the pipes with a hosepipe or px washer, (be careful though if the matrix is on it's way out and you blast HP down it, you could finish it off! -Could be air mixture flap only opening partially. -Insufficiently bled radiator. -thermostat?
  8. £9.99 for 1mb for 12 months with NTL, though you must have a talktime telephone package.
  9. Had loads round tonight, answered the door about 5/6 times:yawn: mostly youngsters with parents, luckily had a big bag of boiled sweets in the car wasting away cos i don't really eat them, so i gave them out. :rlol: @ the real chainsaw!!! I think next year i'll get the miss's to open the front door whilst i run round the side with the scream outfit on!!! would be so funny to see there reaction!!!
  10. Same happened to me, got uk glass ones in the end!!!
  11. My local dealer said they've built one and it won't go in to production until Toyota start getting some motorsport wins:haha: He also said it'll be sold at a Lexus garage along with the Celica, he said the Toyota garages will just be used for the smaller cars. I'm sure he said they're getting rid of the MR2 as well???? Not sure how much (cough "bullshit" cough) he was talking, though he seemed to have convinced himself it was true!!!
  12. Ever thought of adding cctv to watch over your car, i'm sure it'd make a great visual detterent and make them think twice:yes:

  16. I've bought two Vredestein tyres fairly recently to go on the back. I'd never heard of them until my tyre dealer recommended them, he said they've won auto express best tyre 5 times incl last year and this. They are a good all season tyre, and are a resonable price too!!! I,ve done approx 2500 miles on them and i've not had the back end go on me once....yet! Have a read here http://www.estrictlyforeign.com/tires.asp
  17. but a year older, £1500 from elephant. oh and 3 pts (sp60)
