i got on the scales at boxing tonight after the session im 84kg. i know a lad who's getting on a bit now few year ago he benched 255kg 3 reps he looks nothing you wouldn't believe it if you seen him.

spot on! my jspecs like a brand new car underneath. they all have lower miles due to the congestion over there so im told im pleased i got my jspec:D

im impressed too for a man your size thats great i bench 140 for 8 reps and most sqauted was 200 but im aiming for higher. im concentrating more on my boxing now though and cut down on the weights a bit. good stuff mate keep it up:)

ha ha i did notice skelton had some nice love handles like but i suppose its harder to train at that weight than the lighter divs. iv been tonight did loads of circuit training not the ideal start to the week but has to be done. what weight are you at?

khans definately gonna be good he's got a long way to go yet and he'l better himself all the time its good to see he don;t have the arrogant side like nas. the williams fight was decent but the commentator did make it out worse than it was as for them being out of shape its a lot harder being in there doing the work than it looks anyone who has boxed will back this up.

same here went to fire it up and the battery was flat as a witches tit so had it on charge all day hoping i don't have to buy another. -
i watched a test on a scooby on 5th gear and the optimax came out on top then too they tried it on a few different cars and and it didn't work with 1.6 golfs etc its not worth putting in unless its a high performance car they said.

the gixer 1000 got bike of the year in 01. the first R1 was the best and fastest out them all til the 05 the first ones are getting harder to find now. -

i think the GSXR's are the best looking bikes on the road. i loved my R6 and the R1 but the gixer gets my vote. test rides the only way to make your mind up mate. -
got a power enterprise on mine too and cant fault it sounds like a fighter jet taking off when you jump on the loud pedal!
