im with your post mate just cos there big it don't make them more powerfull. im one of the slimmest in our weights gym and can lift more than any of the 18 stoner buffalo heads. makes them look stupid but each to there own some like size others strength or fittness

gaz at envy's just used some brilliant polish on his racing harts he says they have come up excellent. may be worth having a word with him;)

everyone should go to a gym its good for the mind and body. pete you should find a boxing club round your way lots of good talks and laugh's and it will get the flab off and your fitness up in no time or if you don't fancy that plenty of skipping will get a gut off;)

iv just got a brand new set from jurgen paid 180 for them but i think im gonna stick to my varis ones now iv got the car back i love them. give me what i paid for them and there yours;)

iv got a pug 306 d turbo sport for running about in and its really fit for an oil burner as standard, been thinking about a superchip exhaust and air filter just to knock a few minutes off the work run on the a1:D

thanks lads it took me ages to make my mind with what to go for cos there's so much to choose from and i think its easy to go wrong with a supe:)
