e46. 1999, 4 dr saloon.

I sold my supra for this car 6 months ago and now want to move past this and onto an Impreza STI wagon for two new additions to my family, identical twin girls, expected in the next month or so. Basically I have a 1999, BMW 323i SE for sale, silver, leather, a/c 125k, MOT today and TAX can be arrranged but runs out at the end of the month. I bought this 6 months ago for £5,600, but now I need more space and I miss speeding about. Pictures will be taken soon but I'd like a quick sale hence £4,500. If someone swoops in before Friday I'll consider a better deal. Alternatively, if anyone knows anyone or anywhere I can p/ex my car for an impreza let me know. Thanks, RJ.

Just to let everyone know that I have now sold her, such a sad day today. I'm not jumping along with the rest of the sheep in a BMW 323i SE. Will keep an eye on the foruma dn I'm sure I'll pop over with Ben-san to some meets in the future. Thanks to all who know me and to all who have enquired about her. I was going to get that stuff where you can't smash through the glass but can push it out from the inside but I don't know if it would work on our cars at the front as they are frameless and am sure you need the frames to support it. Also I know it has to be a single sheet along across the whole glass and the rear window may cause some problems. Unless someone corrects me. Will link up with you soon B after I start my new job.

I'm with the Met and am Ben-sans best mate. I told Ben what the Police would do and they did exactly that. People can have their own opinions about Police but I believe Ben-san has had a good service. if there is no DNA, no prints and the CCTV is not recognised byt anyone what would you do. Sorry to say but the cost of advertising the face of these culprits would not be in the publics interest. I like what Stealthhosts said about showing a picture of a random bloke, I bet Supra-dupra wouldn't be able to find him. Easy to moan and blame someone else eh. If you honestly think that Met Police are crap then go out with them for the day and let me see if you could even imagine trying to handle the job, then give me your comments. Sorry about the moan and Ben-san know I'd do what I could to catch the tossers but being realistic I think everyone knows that there is a very low chance of finding them. Hope the window gets sorted soon B.

I need to sort out my aircon. I was told ages ago that the condensor had gone and I got a brand new one fitted, all was well for a month before it died again. Haven't really been bothered about it much since it's been so cold but I will need to get it sorted before the summer months. Does anyone know of any aircon repairers in Kent or London or failing that does anyone wanna have a shot at repairing it for me? I'll obviously pay for your time. Thanks, RJ.

I used some tyreweld on the tyre and got it pumped up, it seems fine for a couple days use whilst I wait for my new tyre from blackcircles. There is bulging from the sides of the tyre so it has to be changed. The problem is that I went to loadsa petrol stations and found 1 can of tyreweld which I used, I wanted to have another one just incase it's flat in the morning and I need a quickfix to get to work. Guess I'll find out in the morning. Funny thing is that someon wrote in the dirt above my drivers door the night before "cock blocker", either someone jealous over my car or jealous over my girl, next night I get the flat. I've just been having so much bad luck in the last fortnight with my car, hope it gets better. Thanks all.

I guess I'll just get a new tyre then, it's a right pain as I've been spending loads gettign the car road worthy and I'm still spending when the cash could be used for decent mods on the car. Oh well, I'll just order a new one, thanks.

I got a new set of goodyear f1's fitted a couple of weeks ago and woke up to find my r/o/s tyre flat, but only after i had driven in a few hundred metres, it didn't help that i was rushing to work. Well I changed it and then got to work. Later on today I took it to kwik-fit and asked if they could repair it but they said that from looking at the wear on the wall it had been driven on and that the metal plating in the sidewall was damaged so would need a replacement. I'm gonna try pump it up and leave it over night to see if it goes flat again but I'm worried that if I get this sorted I may get a blowout on the motorway or something. Should I just order a new one and swallow the 120 I wasted on the last one? Also, does anyone use that green goo you put into a tyre to stop punctures from occuring? Thanks all in advance.

I just got mine done, 4 new tyres, service and 4 wheel alignment done but had to clean the lambna sensor to pass emisions.
