We use them fittings on track cars when the dampers have remote resorvoirs, means you can remove the dampers without having to remove the resovoirs too, like you say, nice idea but the price isn't exactly cheap!

Your turbo is all done Luc, looks rather sexy doesn't it! Polished compressor housing, ceramic black heat coated exhaust housing and the billet compressor wheel.

Probably next week I think. There was a week delay because of this poxy weather and it takes a few days to get the polishing and ceramic coating done. I'll update this thread ASAP of course.

So not really comparing like for like, bigger runners make quite a difference to lag but they help if you are running serious power.

Borg Warner S360 assuming you have a T4 flange that is. This is still a bit large for 450bhp though but pretty much the smallest T4 turbo out there.

I have a spare big casing diff with LSD here.

The other thing we've seen so many times is the suspension bolts not being tightened up properly after an alignment which causes it all to go out of bonk.

£159.04 inc VAT with free delivery. With any engine you build you should plastiguage to check the bearing clearance, thats what we do anyway.

I'd have the geo checked again, whoever did it might have done it wrong, seen that happen so many times.

The engine is all apart, looks in pretty good condition, thats what regular oil changes does for you, this engine is much better than most of the engines we see these days: Borg Warner S366 turbo as it is now, sent it off to Boostlab today to have the billet compressor wheel installed, I'll update with some more pictures when it comes back: The crankshaft ready to be sent off for balancing Bare engine block ready for Titan Motorsports billet main caps
