    I won't be making a kit, unless someone wants to be a guinea pig? It would have been based on log manifolds though yes, to save on costs, they work fine for something like this.

    Shouldn't be no, the stock exhaust is very quiet.

    I would remove both and then put the 2nd cat back in for the MOT, it passes in the UK like that anyway.

    I'd leave it as it is, if you aren't going anymore than 700bhp there's not a lot of point.

    I've got loads of the Toyota valve stem seals in stock, I'll do them for £50 a set inc delivery.

    I do an NA specific exhaust, available in single box and twin box. I also have decat pipes available too, if you do decat it I would recommend the twin box exhaust to keep noise levels down. All in stock if needed.

    Yeah sorry there is a delay on them, it's now about 3 weeks away I'm afraid.

    I do a rather nice titanium exhaust if you want to spend that sort of money. If not then stainless steel as well. If you are going BPU then 3" is more than man enough, single box if you want it loud or twin box of you want it quiet. All in stock if required.

    I have braided hoses and Motul fluid in stock if needed.

    Could be a dodgy brake fluid level sensor, seen this a few times now.

    Whoever mapped it should be able to tell you what boost it was mapped to? 2 bar sounds like a lot of boost for 95ron fuel though, I'd be very careful until you get this checked out properly.

    EBC aren't very good, I would recommend the Porterfield pads that I sell and use on everything from fast road to full on race cars. Let me know if you need a price or just look on my website.

    HKS are crap filters, KN is the way to go.
