    it is not a bad as it first looks, I have done it twice now, I am practically a tuner

    you need 2 different cam cover gaskets, 1 left and 1 right Part numbers Gasket rocker cover - 11214-46011 Gasket rocker cover - 11213-46020

    I ran at Suprapod in ttc setup twice and then changed back and was consistantly 0.7 - 0.8 secs quicker, I am auto though
