The bit that annoyed me was that Sky give me a renewal quote and I rang round 5/6 known others and they gave me there best quote, all cheaper than Sky, so I assume they put in a high quote and hope we just renew without question. I do not like dealing with companies like this, no feel good factor

I dont mind people making money but for the so called 'club insurer' not to offer there best price or even a competative price a very poor show.

I ditched Sky couple of years ago, very poor customer service, what I did not like is a high renewal comes through and after the leg work by me they reduce it to match (the last renewal I had through they reduced it by 33% bang out of order)
