Got a call this morning to get to HQ for my annual review at 3pm, it's only been 10 months since the last one All was going well and then came the phrase "we have been monitoring workloads over the last 6 months" now I am sat there thinking great more work for me no doubt However it turns out that not only have I done twice as many projects than anyone else, driven 60k miles more than anyone else and have to schedule and control 20+ men (which no-one else has to do) I am now sat there thinking, result So I have come away with more money, a promise that my workload will reduce with immediate effect and my mileage should come down as well. Happy Days
