  1. http://www.buckmore.co.uk Going here tonight, anyone been or got any tips??
  2. Yeah loving that side on pic. From a dealer?
  3. Sounds more complicated than it is. Exhaust Gas Temperature. Its a good way of telling if something is overheating or not running correct. The first cat is more restrictive so if you remove that you should safely be able to raise the boost abit with keeping the standard exhaust so will be very quiet.
  4. I think you could de-cat the front, leave the second cat in place with the stock system and raise the boost. You would need a boost controller and you would have to watch the EGT's to be safe.
  5. Have you read the guides on here? In my opinion the cars are not really different performance wise. As for looks, I prefer the Jspec as I don't like the headlight washers or bonnet scoop. But UK has better headlights. More J Specs have cloth interior but you can find several with leather. Then all your left with is price and re-sale, re-sale must be simliar, I'm guessing they would both loose the same amount? Maybe wrong. But insurance is much cheaper on a UK Car. But not cheap enough to make up for the saving on buying a J Spec. And your much more likely to find a J spec.
  6. Ahh I thought you were just soaking up the sun and doing a few laps of the straights. I saw another silver in Reigate as well same day, seems like the sun got everyone out:)
  7. Hello it was me . Your car looks top!
  8. Its a Japanese car you will get in no trouble! The japs would call you lanky!
  9. Trick question?? Anyone who hasn't used AQA before? You get 1 free question answered to your phone may be worth a go. http://www.issuebits.com/free_question_and_answer.htm?indexpage
  10. It's the old fashioned cheque clearing system is what causes this. Cheques can actually take about 12 working days to clear, this is the amount of time it takes to send the cheques off to the banks they were written from, make sure its ok and then transfer the money to the account it was paid in. Banks however realise this is a long time so set a standard clearing time of say 3 working days. So they give you the money when they haven't recieved it and if it then bounces later will just take the money back out! So really you have to give it 2 weeks for a cheque to clear which is pretty shit really.
  11. I dunno, charges are different cos no one wants them, they are like a fine so have to be fair. But a service charge for something surely could be whatever they want? If you pay £10,000 for some shoes you can't then claim they are unfair because they didnt cost £10,000 to make. Maybe worth a go tho.
  12. Good to hear you've got some money back, how will you able to get the normal service fee's back though?
  13. 14. How can you complain about that, its just a service the bank offers like any other service and your paying for it. If your paying too much find another business banking account elsewhere, some banks do free business banking for life. I feel for anyone who goes overdrawn for not having enough money to put food on the table, but this is very rarely the case. They buy things they don't need and get penalised for it, maybe a hefty bank fine but surely they should learn for the next month rather than pay £100's of charges every month to the banks which could be avoided. If you give everyone overdrafts then they wouldn't use them as a back up they'd use them as their own money and still go overdrawn. Soon it will be the norm to pay for having a bank account, it will probably be like £10 a month, in many countries this is standard. I think in France you have to pay €115 to open an account.

  16. I pre-ordered one but cancelled a month ago because they weren't selling in Japan, too overpriced, and its not christmas!!! There are only as many as there were X-Box's I think just not as popular.
  17. I'm feeling the summer big time with this sun thats booming in through the windows!! I'm just about to go and fly an RC glider I bought a long time ago but never got round to buliding! My car is looking sweet in the sun too:cool:
  18. hahaha I hate eating too much, I feel like a dog.
  19. Yeah possible option, I just thought before I change to a nice single I might toy with another car, make the supra even better when I come back. I just haven't had many cars and you lot all seem to have owned everything under the sun! I want to get some variety!
  20. Not sure yet, can't seen any black TT Manuals to compare with? I had it cleaned today and she does look awesome! Not a big Porsche fan to be honest unless its a mean expensive one I can't afford. The S2000 should save me a fair bit in petrol as I won't rag it to work, I rarely use more than 2 seats but it would be handy having them. I think I will just goto a car auction and see what I can get. I know i'm gonna buy a new car and want the Supra back, don't know what you've got til its gone and all that!
  21. Bacteria can't grow on chocolate either I hear???
