^^ Thats what it says on the website....got to London at 7.45am this morning and managed to get one As long as your old one has a scanned picture & hologram in it your OK. They can then find the picture on the computer. The people on reception and the phone try and fob you off but as long as you get an appointment upstairs they don't really check much. If you have one of the older styles with just a photo stuck in it the only way they will fast track it same day is in a life or death situation or with a urgent letter from your work. Woohooo holiday on Saturday :D

I had it out in my room before I flew to Newcastle to pick up my car. I realised I left it at home tho and used my driving licence instead. So I don't think its left my room. But i've looked everywhere!
