I need to leave my current workshop but I'm worried about industrial estates as they are normally the end of the small one man band. I can only afford a small unit but will have to sign up for two years. Can anyone help me out on the pitfalls of motor trade on a industrial estate. What I mean is are the authority's all over you because you are doing cars etc.. Will I be forced to get a waste contract even though I have the oil/antifreeze thing sorted. I have never worked on an industrial estate befor and I'm quite worried about all the hidden stuff they force on you after you sign up.. Sorry for the ramble but I'll be out of business if I don't get something sorted. P.s anyone got any jobs going as I may need some casual work while I have nowhere to work from. Many thanks Dave.:(

Just get the same router but ask for adsl version. That's not a bad router you have bought.

Yes. as that will be standard cat5 out of the cablebox and into the router. where as adsl will be phone jack to router. Looks like you have bought a cable one mate..

It should be 10/30 but I doubt you'll get that here. 10/40 will be fine but use semi synthetic.
