Thats why i'm staying with renting the house.

I've been renting for about 5 years now and my rent hasn't gone up much. I pay £100 per week now on a 3 bed town house with a drive and nice gardens, in Manchester. If I went to buy this house would be around £140,000 with the mortgage around double what I pay for rent. I'd like to start on the property ladder, but it's way too expensive. :thumbdown

Thats a fine looking motor there mate. Pitty I ain't got the cash yet or I would have been interested. Be another 4 months before i'm in the market for one.

All in all a good day. As people have said, the prices for food and drinks were astronomical. A bit disappointed with not being able to go down to the top speed end and the seating arrangement wasn't up to much. Good turn out for the Supra's and a few good times in there. Well done to Envy for helping CRD out with a propshaft. Can someone tell me how I managed to burn my head with only 5 mins of sun? Getting out of the place was a joke. It took me over an hour to get out and thats before I hit the traffic on the road! Who's was the blue UK TT in the traffic leaving with 2 squashed passangers in the back? Nice car!! (I was in the Laguna, 1 car in front).
