You will need 2 x 5litre bottles of Toyota red forlife coolant. Its premixed so you dont need to add water.

I had the boost controller set at 1.15 bar. Peak reading on the AVCR during the run was 1.18bar which was pretty well backed up by the Greddy sensor on my boost gauge. His dyno was definatly reading about 0.5bar boost low, probably due to the 10ft lengh of pipe between the engine and his pressure sensor causing a pressure drop.

Here's mine 418.3 bhp:d at the fly and 350.1 at the wheels. Lets just say i was very happy with the results as i've spent a huge ammount of time and money on the car this summer and it looks like its paid off. I was very impressed with the setup at Weston performance, i'd recommend the place to anyone. Also big thanks to Steve for organising a great day.

Mine is under the stereo, but itss just too tall to fit straight into the slot, you'll have to cut the dash a bit to put it there.

I heard last night some details of this years proposed pay rise and i think i'm being shafted. Can anyone tell me if this is legal: I work permanent nights. We currently have a 3 shift system; days, afternoons and nights, with 3 rates of pay for the same job title, nights being the highest, then afternoons and days the lowest rate. All three shifts have been offered the same percentage rise, but coupled to a change in the banding between the 3 shifts. Currently night shift gets paid night rate for the duration of the shift, even where it overlaps with the day shift, but the new system will see us drop onto dayshift rate at 6 am, and afternoons move onto nightshift rate after 6pm. In real terms, this means night shift will gain on average £20 per month from the new system, dayshift will gain about £40 per month and afternoons will gain over £100 per month (all before tax) Bearing in mind it is the same people doing the same jobs on the same shifts, is it legal for the company to do this, or is the night shift being unfairly discriminated against? Sorry for the long post, hope someone can help me out with this.
