  1. Injectors are wired directly to the ecu so no, unless you count the 2 30A ecu fuses under the bonnet
  2. Typical brummie night out: Pub - Indian food - Glee club - strip club - fight - police cell - magistrates court - prison.
  3. Looking very nice . Your front and rear bumper were sitting in the workshop at GVN last week, so i'm sure they'll get you sorted soon.
  4. I find that if you go into the workshop and have a chat to the mechanics (if thats the right word for a kwik fit fitter) rather than sit in reception they will take good care of your car. Obviously cant guarantee that everywhere, but the one by me is very good.
  5. If all you want is wheel balanceing, any kwik fit type place should be able to do it.

    Sky insurance

I've just renewed with Sky for the 4th year. Phoned a few other places, but non were as good as Sky and included all the cover I wanted. Cheaper than last year as well.
  7. Not sure yet if I can make it to JAE this year, but count me in for this if I do. And ship in some extra cows.
  8. You dont have to fully remove the wishbone, just undo the long bolt that holds it onto the car and pull the top wishbone and hub forwards far enough to get the shock out.
  9. NOW SOLD New and unused Thor FCD with installation and setup instructions. Been sitting in my garage for a while. I can post a pic later if anyone wants. £50 inc UK postage, or £60 installed.
  10. Do all the LEDs in the rear brake light work? If so i'll take it. PM me your paypal address.
  11. Chemix LINK are very good and charge between £60 - 70 for full geometry setup (more if you've got siezed or broken bits), but i would get your ride height sorted out first.
  12. They dont have to suck if you get the levels of the tank, pump and injector correct its pretty much gravity fed. Bought it from ebay not long after i got the car. Its called titanium burl wood. The seller i got it from is no longer registered, but i think there's others that do it. Got it from Dusty at MVP, cost was about $400 + shipping
  13. I have got one pair of my brackets left over from the last group buy that I did. Not MDF, made out of marine grade plywood to my own design and much stronger than the template on here. £31.50, same as the group buy price. (does not include the speakers:) )
  14. Anybody who recommends the use of scotchlock connectors on a public forum ought to be shot IMHO
  15. I watched that too. "we've tested it with 12,000 bags, it will work fine
  16. You dont get boost without load on the engine, but you should start to see positive boost building from 1500 - 2000rpm on load up to about 0.6 bar at 3500rpm. There should be a slight dip as the second turbo prespools, then you should hit full boost (anything up to 1.2 bar depending on spec) by 4500 rpm.
  17. Is that the same "weight saving" you get with a carbon bonnet? The aero roof is ally skin over a light steel skeleton and very light if you take the liner out.
  18. How do you know it made 533 at the fly from a rolling road dyno? You get a wheel figure and the rest is best guess. I think they are providing pub bragging rates. except for mine obviously, they were spot on with that
  19. !!! You have an indoor bus wash You bus drivers must be a bunch of not hard as nails like us truckies. Nice pics though
  20. Congratulations You are now the Midlands region official club photographer, perhaps SteveR can sort you out with a badge or somthing:D Very nice pics.
  21. If you run methanol, get it from a decent model shop, one that sells RC cars and planes etc. They run on methanol. The one by me sells it in 1 gallon containers for £7.00 each.
  22. I am going to guess at sidelight feed to his facelift indicators
  23. What sort of Fiesta are we talking about? If its a 16v one with well recessed plugs, sorry to say you are probably buggered, head off and drill it out.
  24. Dual zone proximity sensor is only adjustable through the remote. You will need the installer manual to tell you how. I've got the one for the 650, dont know if its the same for yours.
  25. My auto doesn't have the damper, but my tensioner has started to get noisy. A squirt of WD40 has quietened it down for now, £116 from toyota, i would guess the manual one would be a similar price.
